Where to Get TicketsYou can purchase tickets to BODY WORLDS 3 at The Leonardo three ways: OnlineOnline tickets are available to purchase 24 hours a day. Service charges apply. Choose the “print at home” feature to have your tickets emailed to you, but remember to print them immediately to avoid waiting in line for a re-print when you arrive! Timed tickets The timed tickets to BODY WORLDS 3 at The Leonardo are valid only for the admission date and time listed. We suggest that you allow plenty of time for traffic en route, parking, checking your coat or bag, and queuing for the exhibit entry. A limited number of walk-up tickets may be available for sale at the box office on the day of your visit. Purchasing your tickets in advance will guarantee you a date and entry time. The Leonardo will make every effort to give visitors entry at the time listed on their tickets. In the event of overcrowding and to comply with city regulations, The Leonardo reserves the right to hold visitors in lines until the exhibit gallery can accommodate more people. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a different date and/or time. Flex Gift VouchersThe Leonardo is no longer selling flex gift vouchers, but The Leonardo is still redeeming pre-purchased vouchers for timed tickets. When you decide on a specific date and time you'd like to attend BODY WORLDS 3, exchange your gift voucher in person at the box office for a timed ticket. The Leonardo cannot redeem gift vouchers over the phone—you must redeem them for a timed ticket in person at The Leonardo box office only. All redemptions of gift voucher tickets are subject to ticket availability. The Leonardo strongly encourages you to exchange your gift voucher for a timed ticket as soon as you know the date and time you would like to attend BODY WORLDS 3. All gift voucher sales are final. The Leonardo cannot replace lost or stolen gift vouchers, and the museum does not accept photocopies of the gift vouchers. Each gift voucher is valid to exchange for one exhibit ticket. Gift vouchers are exclusive and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for a ticket; The Leonardo cannot refund or exchange for cash.
